The Sonic Magic of PWM Dynamics
Based on a proprietary PWM (Pulse Wave Modulation) gain-control circuit, the 2-channel Art Dual Limiter uses an intelligent detector to deliver classic-flavored compression and limiting without the distortion and noise artifacts that plague many vintage units. Art has been acclaimed for their value-packed tube-based optical compressors for over 25 years. Developed in cooperation with studio and front-of-house engineers, the Dual Limiter gives you a time-tested solid-state audio circuit with a classic control set. At Sweetwater, we know we can count on Art for solid pro audio performance without breaking the bank. The Art Dual Limiter, once again, proves the point.
