Smooth action nice size

I always wanted a volume pedal but didn't care for some I had tried. This pedal uses a smooth metal strip instead of a plastic gear which can get dirty/gummy over time. Hope it will be low maintenance. It's very smooth. It feels good using it. I may pick up more to use as expression pedals for my DAW work as it is much more ergonomic and controllable in use compared to the cheap M-Audio ones I own. It is significantly heavier as well so it stays put. I like the dedicated tuner output that lets me keep my Korg tuner keyed up and visible weather the volume is on or off. Highly recommended.

Perfect Solution, Quality Unit

My band has expanded into more intricate songs where I needed to volume up and down frequently during particular bass parts. I needed a solid, reliable pedal with feel, and this unit gets it done. (at a decent price as well!) There are plenty of adjustments for feel, effects loops and even a dry out, so buy with confidence if you are looking for a solid volume solution. Please note the following: The size of the pedal is equal to about a size 10 shoe, which is what I was looking for. If you are looking for a compact pedal, this is not it. I prefer the more substantial feel and this delivered in spades!

Awesome pedal

I am extremely pleased with this pedal! I highly recommend the investment. Its construction is very solid; there don't seem to be any quality control issues. This a great choice if you're concerned about the string on the VP Junior (which I was), for it uses a metal drive band. It is very smooth, and the adjustable tension on the rocker means you can get it just right. It's pretty heavy too, which just makes it feel sturdy beneath your foot. I use it for both guitar and bass (active), and it works great with both. I've not had a chance to utilize the EXP input, but I do use the tuner input, something I didn't think I'd need but now very much enjoy. The pedal itself is completely passive, so no worries about sound coloration or active level issues.
