Cubase 7.5 introduced some of Steinberg's most significant jumps in development to date, covering all aspects of the DAW from synths and processors to powerful workflow enhancements. The new MixConsole brings you a powerful mixing experience, with integrated EQ and Dynamics channel strip modules for a console-like workflow. And the new Chord Track and Chord Assistance make it easy to create complex harmonies for vocals, brass, strings, or whatever you like.

In Cubase 7.5 you'll find a set of eight versatile virtual instruments, 66 powerful plug-in processors, and even 18 MIDI effect processors. You get a ton of sounds to work with, from electronic drums and synths to acoustic instruments and sound effects. And Steinberg's unique instruments are here too, like the sound-warping Padshop granular synth and the sampler-style Groove Agen ONE drum machine. The plug-in suite covers everything from guitar amp modeling and convolution reverb, to precise EQs and analytical metering.

New in Cubase 7.5, the global Chord Track is like a chord guide for your project. It integrates seamlessly with Cubase's VariAudio - just change the Chord Track, and your MIDI and audio tracks will adjust themselves to match the new chord changes! Also, the new Chord Assistant makes it easy to find new chord sequences, even if you're not a music theory master.

The new TrackVersions feature makes track management easier than ever - any track type can hold multiple "takes", and those takes can have their own editing and automation with them. Enhanced track visibility tools make it easy for you to group like tracks together for easier session management. Re-record lets you start a recording over just by hitting the record button again, which takes you right back to your original recording start point.
