Bring Superior Sound to Your Content

If you want to level up your content, the Waves Content Creator Audio Toolkit will help you do it. These pro-level plug-ins will take unwanted noise, lifeless voice-overs, and uneven levels and transform them into great-sounding recordings. This bundle will also ensure that you meet the loudness standards of all major content platforms. It doesn’t matter how awesome your content is — if it sounds bad, people will bounce. Give your content the sound it deserves with the Content Creator Audio Toolkit from Waves.

NS1 Automatic Noise Suppressor

With the Waves NS1 Noise Suppressor in your DAW or live plug-in processing rig, negotiating confusing interfaces and endless parameters just to clean up your audio is a thing of the past. Following in the footsteps of Waves' wildly successful and super-easy-to-use One Knob series plug-ins, the NS1 Noise Suppressor features just a single fader control and a meter that lets you monitor how much noise you've removed from the signal. As you slide the NS1's fader up, background hiss and ambient noise seem to simply melt away. No aquatic warbling, no gargling modulation, just noise-free audio. Fade up, noise down — that's how simple Waves NS1 Noise Suppressor makes cleaning up your tracks.

Features:

  • The simplest noise-reduction plug-in you're likely to ever come across
  • Intuitive single-fader design makes dialing in the ideal amount of noise reduction easy
  • Attenuation gauge lets you keep an eye on how much noise you're removing
  • Perfect for cleaning up film dialog, voiceovers, radio broadcasts, old recordings, and more

Greg Wells VoiceCentric

Created in collaboration with producer and mixing engineer Greg Wells, the Waves Greg Wells VoiceCentric plug-in gives you access to the world-class vocal sound Greg crafted for Adele, Katy Perry, OneRepublic, Mika, and Twenty One Pilots, among others. With a twist of the VoiceCentric's Intensity control, your vocals will be imbued with enhanced richness, presence, breath, and detail. Vocal-optimized Delay and Reverb support your vocals without getting in their way, while the Doubler ensures that your vocals sit naturally in even the busiest of mixes. When we demoed the Waves Greg Wells VoiceCentric plug-in here at Sweetwater, we discovered a great way to get pro-studio-sounding vocals — fast!

Features:

  • Gives you instant access to a world-class vocal sound
  • Intensity control imbues your vocals with richness, presence, breath, and detail
  • Packed with Greg's customized Delay, Reverb, and Doubler
  • Sounds great on both male and female vocals
  • Loads of presets to get you started

Playlist Rider

Balancing levels between multiple sources can be a pain. But thanks to Waves Playlist Rider, that’s no longer the case. This volume rider plug-in makes it easy — automatically, non-destructively, and in real time. It’s almost like having a mix engineer riding the faders for you. And there’s no limiting involved, so your content won’t sound squashed or crushed. Playlist Rider works in a myriad of situations for podcasters, live sound engineers, and DJs alike. If you’re looking for a plug-in that achieves natural, consistent level balancing with zero effort, Playlist Rider is what you’re searching for.

Features:

  • Balances volume levels between multiple audio sources
  • Smooths out volume levels automatically, non-destructively, and in real time
  • No limiting involved, so your content won’t sound squashed or crushed
  • Dedicated input detector threshold ignores low-volume elements like background noise and fades
  • Can normalize audio to pink tonal curves to achieve tonal consistency between sources
  • Fast and slow attack times enable you to fine-tune your sound
  • Runs in most major audio and video editing applications
  • Compatible with Waves’ eMotion LV1 mixer and SuperRack plug-in host

WLM Plus Loudness Meter

Metering is serious business — it shouldn't be an afterthought. Luckily, Waves feels the same way, and has given us a comprehensive loudness meter plug-in that delivers precision loudness measurement, metering, correction and adjustment tools for whatever aspect of audio production you're into, be it music production, broadcast, movie trailers, or games. WLM Plus serves up momentary, short term, long term, and true peak readouts, as well as a cool warning and logging system that keeps track of your levels, alerting you when you've exceeded them — or fallen short. You also get Gain and Trim controls, plus a True Peak Limiter — which means WLM Plus is far more than a meter.

Features:

  • ITU 1770-3, EBU and ATSC compliant
  • Foreground, dialog, and average loudness measurements
  • Momentary, Short Term, and Long Term readouts
  • Gain and Trim controls for loudness normalization and correction
  • True Peak meter and True Peak limiter
  • Mono, stereo, and 5.0, 5.1 components

Used for a Couple Months - This is Worth It for Podcasters

I've now been able to produce several podcasts with this. Yes, I still think it is subtle, but the quality is really there. It isn't dramatic, but podcasts aren't supposed to be dramatic. I do really recommend this.

Hmmmmm...Not Sure Yet

Well, I've used this on one podcast so far. The results are...subtle. I have to admit, I had expected something a little more dramatic and I'm not sure I'm getting everything that I wanted. I'm wondering if I should have bought a more traditional compressor and EQ plug-in. The VoiceCentric isn't quite as dramatic as I'd been hoping for. The Playlist rider does...something. I didn't really need to the noise reduction, but I can envision scenarios where I might. I think I'll need to try a few more episodes to see if this something I'll regret or not.

Thanks.

Since the early days of DAW software, Waves has been a dominating force in music and audio production. For those of us here at Sweetwater who've been recording since the industry switched over to computer-based studios, it's impossible to imagine sessions without L series Ultramaximizers, MaxxBass, and other staples. Since then, we've been impressed every time Waves has brought top producers such as Jack Joseph Puig and Chris Lord-Alge to Sweetwater to show off their next cutting-edge creations, and Waves is constantly adding new and innovative plug-ins to their catalog. And with cool new gear such as their SoundGrid series, Sweetwater engineers have discovered just how easy it is to use Waves plug-ins live.
