Behringer B-Tron III Envelope Filter Pedal
Sells separately for $78.90The Behringer B-Tron III authentically re-creates an iconic envelope filter pedal from the 1970s in all its retro glory, giving you the power to bring the funk with the stomp of a button. This pedal’s all-analog optical circuit provides the signature vocal-like envelope filter sound that revolutionized funk bass (and bass synthesizer) playing during the genre's psychedelic heyday, and it’s also a must-have for any guitarist looking to drench their rapid-fire triad rhythms with a wah-like flair. The B-Tron III puts three filter types on tap (LP, BP, and HP), along with a versatile Sensitivity control and Up/Down modes to switch between “wah” and “wow” voices. Plus, the Range switch allows you to select between low vowel-like sounds and upper overtones. And while the B-Tron III’s robust metal enclosure ideally captures the 1970s vibe of the original pedal, Behringer upgraded this modern re-creation with true bypass switching and standard 9V operation — much-welcomed changes for the Sweetwater funk fanatics who’ve played the original!
