Powerful Bass for Your Bose L1 System

The Bose B2 bass module is a high-performance flexible bass module purpose-built for your L1 Model 1S or Model II system. Packing two 10" high-excursion woofers in a compact, roadworthy enclosure, the B2 features a rear panel switch that lets you select higher or lower bass levels to suit your particular application. Proprietary technology in your L1 system automatically senses the switch position and provides correct equalization and power. If you require maximum bass impact from your L1 PA system, the Bose B2 bass module is what you need.

If powerful bass is what you need...

The Bose B2 bass module is ideal for L1 Model 1S or Model II applications in larger venues or anytime you really want to pack a wallop. If you're a DJ or in a band, the B2's solid extension down to 40Hz is just what you need to get your audiences on their feet - and keep them there!

Designed expressly for Bose L1 Model 1S and Model II systems

The Bose B2 bass module is designed specifically for the company's L1 Model 1S and Model II PA systems. The B2 even has interlocking endcaps that allow up to two B2 modules to be stacked together (requires optional A1 PackLite amplifier). The B2 bass module ships with a protective slip cover and the NL4 connecting cable

Selectable bass output gives you setup flexibility

You'll enjoy the flexibility afforded by the B2's three-position sensing switch. For less-demanding applications in smaller venues, keep the switch in the normal or "-" position. When you need maximum low end, simply switch to the "+" position, and you're gold. If you've got a band, you'll definitely appreciate the B2's heftier output, which provides additional bottom end for kick drums and bass guitars.

Bose B2 Bass Module Features:
  • Engineered specifically to work with the L1 Model II and Model 1S systems
  • More powerful bass output than B1 bass module
  • Proprietary Bose technology automatically adjusts and optimizes for your specific L1 model
  • Features two 10" high-excursion woofers mounted in a rugged enclosure
  • 3-position sensing switch allows bass output to be adjusted for different applications
  • Interlocking end caps allow up to two B2 bass modules to be stacked together
  • NL4 cable and protective slip cover included
Go for the low end gusto with the Bose B2 Bass Module!

Great addition to the L1 Model II

I've owned an L1 Model II for nearly 2 years with the small B1 Bass Module. As a solo-acoustic performer, the B1 fits the bill for most of what I do, but for those larger and/or especially outdoor gigs, the B2 really steps it up, particularly when live-looping (with a Boss RC-300), and "thumping" my guitar bridge to record a kick-drum sound. The B2 brings a nice deep boom. For those that don't know, the L1 Power Stand actually automatically changes its onboard EQ curve and crossover depending on which sub you use. I've found that the overall sound of the L1 package is really enhanced when using the B2. Whatever those automatic EQ/x-over adjustments are, the whole system sounds better. Not just more bass - the whole package has a nicer balance and better, smoother tone. I still use my B1 for most of my work, however I love having the B2 available for when I want or need it.

Nice Soild Bass Bins!!

Whether you have the BOSE L1 Model (whatever)...these units will work and increase your bass output if you using up to 4 B1's. have to figure it out if not "plug and play", i.e. for the L1s and Model II. These units sound fine with the Model 1 and Compacts, but you need additional equipment to make them work. If you do they will blow you away! If you use a sonic enhancer, (BBE and others), in the chain and you will be amazed with the Model 1. Use a crossover and a packlite for the use with the Compact. Various forums should show how this is done. They are MADE for the Model II and the L1s out of the box and sound great, but the can be used with outstanding results with the Model1 and the Compact...if your willing to compromise. I am very happy with my purchase of a pair of these and can shake the house with the Model1!

Bose B2

If you want that deep low frequency sound with you Bose L1 the B2 is this answer. I am very impressed with this subwoofer and looke to r foward to replacing my dual b1 subwoofers with a single B2.
