the prettiest sounding pedal

this thing is so perfect. it is never leaving my board.

Avalanche run

Incredible sounds! Many different beautiful phrases . Very pleased
Music background: Many years of guitar playing. Studied classical and just the love for the instruments

Sounds Great

I have tried numerous reverb and delay pedals and wanted something simple to use and that sounds great. The Avalance Run meets both of these requirements. It is extremely easy to get a fantastic sound from this pedal on the reverb, delay or both. This pedal sounds warm and natural with none of that digital harshness some pedals seem to have.

Fun in the run

Livelierd up my pedal board one layers and ambient work for sure. Expression pedal adds to the pedal. Hours of fun
Music background: Guitar , am

Great pedal

Not necessarily good for practice because you might find yourself basking in a wall of echos for hours. Intuitive controls, great tone and a wide range of sounds make this an awesome pedal.

Sweetwater Advice

Josh Estock

I own my fair share of delay and reverb pedals, and the Earthquaker Devices Avalanche Run gets me outside the box, excited, and making music more than the rest. Its self-oscillation/tap switch, paired with an expression pedal, has breathed new life into my rig.

EarthQuaker Devices Avalanche Run

The rather insane delay range - up to two seconds - enables everything from artificial double-tracking micro delays to Echoplex-like sound-on-sound effects. The former sounds amazing for overdriven leads and heavy reverb settings. The latter is beautiful for languid, freestyle psychedelic picking....Another bonus: Holding the tap-tempo switch down generates self-oscillation, so if you can put two feet to work, the collage of textures you can fashion becomes downright demented....
