Amazing Tone Easy to Carry Accoustic Solution

The Roland AC 33 is a great amp for small gigs and when power is not available all you need are some AA batteries and your set. I do weddings outside and some times all you need is just a little more and this amp is all you need to be heard by a small crowd. I'm very happy with my purchase from Sweetwater TJ Walstrom x1226 took care of everything. I have used the amp on 3 gigs and only received complements on my tone. I use a Jeorge De Zofia A1F Flamenco Blanca with an L.R. Baggs Dual Source pickup system (Element and Mic) and the AC 33 faithfully amplifies the guitar tone. I'm looking forward to playing outside this summer with this amp. Easy set up. I put it up on a regular speaker stand and have a shelf for it to sit on. I only wish Roland Made a case for it. I'm using a case made by Aribia Bags for lights. I have not used the looper yet but will soon get a pedal and try it. The reverb is very usable and for me it's just plug and play. I have the Rosewood and it just looks elegant and clean. Great for small wine tasting rooms, house parties, and wedding receptions. It also has line outs to run to powered speakers or a pa.

Sweet litte amp

The ac-33 is a great little amp with big features. The on board looper is great for using as a scratch pad for composition ideas. I like the fact that it can be tilted at an angle for easy listening. The reverb sound lushious and the chorus it great. I use my ac-33 to practice performing live and it is perfect for it. The ac-33 allow you to connect it to pa with stereo outs. the battery feature Iis great because you don't have to lug around the power cable just to use the amp. If you are looking for a good portable acoustic amp with greature features you should consider the ac-33. Its worth the investment.

Great little amp

This is a great small amp for acoustic, good for street busking. Well built and the looper is handy.

Good Sounding Really nice looking Amp!

You can't miss or go wrong with a Roland product! I have been playing professionally for years, and Roland amps have been in my arsenal since the eighties! This amp is perfect for teaching and rehearsing. I have used it for small gigs and the tone it produces is wonderful. The only drawback I have found is, that there isn't a way to adjust the volume of the looper. However, I knew from the posts that this was a concern to some but I purchased it anyway, and I have not been disappointed. It is lightweight and portable, and it has battery power for outdoor playing. I would like to see the new Roland amp that was introduced at the NAMM show!

Roland AC-33 ( Rosewood )

This is an excellent amp! Great sound out of a compact amp. My only problem that I have with it is the recording looper doesn't produce as much volume that I would like. I like the battery feature so I can take it with me to the park, or street performing.Highly recomend it!
