I put one of these in my work horse guitar, and now I am finding myself putting them and all of my guitars

These seemed to be a great idea and I purchased a few for the various guitars that I own.

However, I also use D'Addario guitar cables and sadly discovered that the grounding connectors of the pure tone jacks land directly on the black separator in the D'Addario plugs rending the connection useless.
