First, a BIG "Thank You" to Andy of Sweetwater. I needed a new speaker to replace the Marshall I had. Don't get me wrong. The Marshall was great. I was looking for something that was a little clearer in sound. This wasn't as warm as I thought it would be, but it isn't broke in yet. Everyone knows EVH is known for a warm sound. (Brown sound) I have a BlackStar ht5 which can cover several different sounds. These two together sound great and will get better. Plus I will have the speaker cab for the EVH head when I decide to get it. Works out good. The EVH speaker is plenty loud.

This is a great cab for small space, but still able to get loud with the right head.
As far as shipping and service go, my rep, Sean went above and beyond as usual. Shipping was fast, everything packaged well to prevent damage during transit. Sean checked in after my new cab and head arrived to see what I thought, had any questions or concerns, and to make sure Sweetwater service and my purchase met my expectations.

Originally ordered a Mesa 1x10 to pair with an evh lbx head. Great cab, but didn't match well (to my ears) with the EVH. Decided to go with the EvH cab. Perfect match! Sounds fantastic. I also have a Friedman cab with creamback which sounds awesome. This EVH cab sounds just as good. Can't wait to hear it after some break in.

Crisp cleans and articulately dirty throughout the entire spectrum of both volume and gain. All thanks to that special edition evh speaker. Pairs perfectly with my EVH LBX2 15 watt head.

This cab really brought my tone to life.By utilizing the resonance control on my evh stealth head(15watt) to bring the low end to life . I can get this single speaker cabinet to chug quite nicely.
