Awesome Case!
I have a 31 year old, all Koa Taylor guitar and this case is by far the best case I have ever had. Very tight fit and plush.

Sweetwater Customer Service, agents, and pricing is the best.

Excellent case
Bought this for an early '90s Taylor 410, and it fits like a glove - literally: it's a very VERY snug fit, and it provides excellent protection as a result: the guitar cannot move around in the case. I only dinged it 1/2 star because of the high price, but you get what you pay for.

Taylor Deluxe Hardshell Case
Taylor has always been known as a high quality manufacturer of Acoustic guitars. I own two of them and absolutely love them, Recently, the handle on one of the cases broke. It was not reparable so I opted to buy a new case. I ended up buying one from Sweetwater. I was, however, very disappointed in the overall quality of the case. It seems that Taylor has sold its soul to the cost-cutting devil. First of all, the padding / cushion in the interior (sides) had been greatly reduced, as compared to the original case that came with the guitar. I estimated the difference to be more than 50%. Secondly, a significant reduction in the overall quality of the case was very noticeable,.I worry that one day it may not provide the protection I thought I was paying for. Finally, the only available color was brown which i do not like at all. I am greatly disappointed in Taylor. This is intended to be no reflection on Sweetwater personnel at all, however, I do think it would be beneficial if Sweetwater executives convey my dissatisfaction to Taylor. I would bet that I am not the only disappointed customer. This transaction for me was not a good value at all.. To sum everything up, I ended up paying a premium price for a sub-premium product.....
