The other day (Wednesday, August 27th) we announced the release of a new operating system for the Kurzweil PC3 and PC3X. Today we’ve got more PC3 news, including the fact that the 308-page owner’s manual, PC3 Musician’s Guide, is now available online. OS update v1.21 also improves the kb3 organs in QuickAccess mode, and there are also improvements in the onboard Demo Riffs.
Steinberg Media Technologies has announced the availability of a new update to its Cubase 4 and Cubase Studio 4 Music Production Systems. The version 4.5 update is available now as a download for all registered Cubase 4 and Cubase Studio 4 customers. It offers many new integrative technologies, with full support for the upcoming Steinberg MR816 CSX/X Advanced Integration DSP Studios and the CC121 Advanced Integration Controller. Cubase 4.5 also offers enhanced support for the Yamaha MOTIF XS series as well as the KX USB Music Studio series.
