Scoring Paper

Used primarily in composing music for film or video, scoring paper combines traditional music manuscript with lines (usually five) printed above each staff that are used for other information that will be needed by the composer. This information can be SMPTE timecode locations, elapsed time counts, required effects, summaries of on-screen action, dialog, narration, etc.
