Save Often Under A Unique Name

Here’s a workflow tip: save your work often, and each time give the file a unique lable. In these days of terabyte hard drives, there’s plenty of space, so save everything, and do it often to prevent loss if your computer locks up or your software crashes. Each time you save, give the file a new name (mysong_1a, mysong_1b, mysong_1c, and so on); that way you can access an earlier version if the production starts to slip off track, or if you realize your best work was in an earlier version.
