Musical slang to describe a particularly bad musical performance, movement, or display. Meant to emulate the squealing sound made by a clarinet or saxophone played by a beginning student. (It helps if you say it with a nasal tone.) Example: They oughta kick Chris out of that band. He looks and sounds reen.
