Korg has announced two new products. First up: the SV-1 Stage Vintage Piano, which is available in 73- and 88-key versions. This is the gigging piano you’ve been waiting for, with 36 instrument sounds, period-correct amps and effects, 80-note polyphony, and eight instant-access presets.
Next up: the microSAMPLER. This new 37-note keyboard can record sounds through line-level inputs or the built-in microphone. Once the sounds are inside, you can edit and process them at will, including running them through 21 amazing effects based on the Korg KAOSS PAD series. There’s a looper, pattern sequencer, re-sampling, 16-note polyphony, 160 seconds of sampling time, USB connectivity, and much more!
