Here’s a tech tip everyone can use: If you’re a late sleeper (as most musicians are), or live on the west coast, we’ve changed our Tech Support schedule to accommodate customers calling in after 6:00 p.m. (Eastern time). We now have techs working until 7:00 p.m. each day. The system for tech support between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. remains the same: The “live queue” for support is closed after 6:00 p.m. Customers who call for support between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. will receive a return call before the end of the day – even if techs have to stay past 7:00 p.m.! Just another bit of the Sweetwater Difference in action.
