To get started, open your Applications folder. Next, look inside your AppleScript folder, and double-click on the AppleScript Utility icon. In the resulting dialog, turn on the Show Script Menu in Menu Bar checkbox. Now, close the Utility Dialog, go to the menu bar, and click on the Script icon.
