Roland’s new XV-3080, 128 voice synthesizer modules have arrived. The 3080 contains a massive amount of new sounds plus all sounds from JV-2080 and a collection of waveforms from the legendary JD-990 Super JD. It can house four of the excellent SRJV series expansion boards (16 MB each) and two of the new SRX series boards, which have 64 MB of sounds on board!
Minnetonka has released SurCode CD Professional, a surround sound encoding program that can create a DTS encoded .wav file from any 6 .wav or AIFF files. The .wav file can be burned to a CD using any audio CD burning software and played back on your DTS system.
