Have a screen on your iPad that you’d like to preserve? Whether it’s an Angry Birds high score, a score in iRealB, a lyric idea, a web page with a great fretboard diagram or tab, directions to a gig, or whatever, it’s easy to capture what’s displayed on the iPad screen and save it.
Here’s how: just quickly push the Home button (the circular button at the bottom middle of the front of the iPad) and the power button (upper right edge of the iPad) at the same time and release them.
The iPad screen will flash and you’ll hear a camera shutter click.
That’s it! The screen capture will be stored with your photos on the iPad, and will be visible using the Photos app.
