This is for all those TL Space users out there — Timbral Research’s Impulsive has arrived! Impulsive is a 4GB+ collection of impulse responses taken from 24 of the most sought-after hardware reverb processors. Timbral Research uses a patent-pending process called “Realvolution” to capture the impulses, and the results are phenomenal! More than 1,000 hand-tweaked presets are provided, which included filter and modulation settings for precisely capturing the sound of the original hardware. Three IR versions are provided: 24-bit/96kHz, 24-bit/44.1kHz, and CPU-friendly ECO. There are mono-in/stereo-out and true stereo IR versions included.
TL Space running in both Pro Tools LE and Pro Tools HD is supported. According to our own Mitch Gallagher, who was on the beta-test team for Impulsive, this one is a must-own for TL Space users!
