This one has several meanings:
1. To blend two singing voices or two instruments in a way that sounds pleasing
2. To assign chords to accompany a melody
3. To create a secondary vocal or instrumental line at some harmonic interval from the primary melody
4. To create a series of chords based on a musical scale (see “harmonized scale“).
