Stylus RMX groove-based virtual instrument plug-in for Macintosh and Windows has taken the world by storm. It’s the first Spectrasonics product to offer the combined power of Groove Control with the company’s Advanced Groove Engine (S.A.G.E.) technology, which gives users dramatic new control over groove production and performance.
The version 1.5 update offers 750 new patches and several innovative features including an embedded “Help System” with a comprehensive Reference Guide, a Chaos Designer stutter-remix tool called “Buzz,” and browsing via genres/categories. There’s also a new version of the SAGE Converter with drag and drop batch conversion of REX file libraries and conversion support for additional Groove Control libraries. Stylus RMX 1.5 also includes native support for Digidesign’s Windows RTAS format, plus over four and a half hours of new tutorial videos that are guaranteed to have you up and running Stylus RMX 1.5 in short order. The update is available to all registered Stylus RMX users either as a free download or via DVD-ROM for a nominal $15 charge.
