Fractalizing Waveforms in Absynth 4

As part of its deep waveform editing capabilities, Absynth 4 includes a Fractalize function for creating powerful organic waveforms. The parameters for this function include Iterations Control (which controls how detailed the waveform’s manipulation is), Displacement Control (which changes the fractalized waveform’s overall shape), and dB Control (which lets you control the fractalizations intensity – the higher the value, the richer and more complex the sound becomes in terms of overtones and noise). You could probably spend weeks manipulating Absynth’s Fractilize function and still never hear the same exact sound twice (which is why you should always save every interesting waveform you come across, either for use “as is” or as a source for further manipulations).
