Steinberg Media Technologies has announced Nuendo version 1.6, the latest version of its recording and editing system for Mac and PC. Version 1.6 boasts VST System Link technology, which lets you link multiple computers together to tap into unlimited amounts of DSP power. Also, audio, MIDI, transport, and sample accurate sync are carried over standard digital audio cable, eliminating complicated networking and set-up hassles.
