This is the name given to a set of bells, of which there can be 70 or more, installed in a tower. Carillons may be played automatically using an enormous rotating drum or manually using a keyboard. Belgium and Holland have the most carillons, with Belgium alone boasting over 70, most of which have 45 bells or more.
