  • Fender ’57 LTD Amp – This Limited Edition Fender amp boasts the classic sound of a Tweed Deluxe, but in a classy black “piano lacquered” dovetail joint maple cabinet, rather than the original tweed cloth. Of course, the original Tweed Deluxe amp of the 1950s is considered one of the finest tone machines ever devised. To make it sound even better, Fender dropped in a 12″ Celestion Alnico Blue speaker along with all-new knobs, handle, and other hardware. It’s equipped with handwired all-tube circuitry on an eyelet board with a late ’50s 5E3 circuit pumping out about 15 watts of pure tube tone. Fender also incorporated a 5Y3 rectifier tube, which contributes to natural tube compression and “sag” when the amp is pushed harder. Fender is only building 300 of these ebony beauties and that, along with the classic sound, ensures that the ’57 Amp will be a super-hot commodity.

  • Digidesign RM2 – As an industry leader in production software and hardware, Digidesign doesn’t have much left to prove, but the decision was made to launch their own line of studio monitors. Designed in conjunction with PMC (Professional Monitor Company, based in the UK), the RM2 boasts a 6.7-inch woofer that performs on par with much larger systems thanks to Advanced Transmission Line Technology which ensures the RM2 is optimized for maximum volume with reduced distortion and massive bass from a smaller monitor. With an onboard DSP Engine for fine-tuning, the RM2 represents the next generation of audiophile-quality monitoring! Also available is the RM1, which substitutes a 5.5-inch woofer and a slightly lower sticker price.

  • Epiphone Special-II Performance Pack – Anyone wanting to learn to play guitar will love this specially priced package, which includes a Les Paul-style Epiphone Special II in Vintage Sunburst and a Studio 15R amplifier plus all the extras at an amazingly affordable price! A little smaller and weighing less than most Les Pauls, the Special II nonetheless delivers a fat, aggressive tone thanks to its two open-coil humbucker pickups. The 15-watt amplifier is a perfect match and it sports both an 8-inch speaker and reverb in a compact cabinet. You also get a gig bag, strap, tuner, cable, picks, and more. It’s the “go-to” guitar for those who want to learn on a Les Paul-style guitar but don’t want to break the bank.

  • Arturia V-Collection – If you love the sound of analog synths and want the trademark sounds that made the originals legendary, you can mortgage your house or you can spend less than $600 on the Arturia V-Collection, which packs the sounds of seven classic synthesizers in one package. Included are the Jupiter-8, the Moog Modular, the CS-80, the ARP 2600, the Minimoog, the Prophet 5, and the Prophet VS. Yup, it’s all the classic synthesizers you will ever need to fuel your musical inspirations, but at a price that’s almost too good to be true!
