Zoom has released R16 64-bit drivers for Windows Vista and Windows 7. Version 1.20 for the Mac has also been released, which supports 64-bit operation under OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard), as well as providing compatibility with Apple Logic Pro and GarageBand.
