Accidentally deleted a MIDI Region in a Logic Pro project? Just like all Mac functions, you can use the Undo feature to get it back. Select Edit > Undo or use the standard Mac Undo feature (Command-Z).
But even if you have made a number of other edits, it’s not too late to retrieve a MIDI Region. That’s because all deleted Regions end up in the Trash. The Open Trash key command opens the otherwise invisible Trash folder. You can then transfer the Regions to the Clipboard (Copy or Cut) and add them back into your song (Paste). Even slicker, just drag the region out of the Trash and back into the Arrange Window.
