This is audio industry jargon. The phrase 24/192 is the current shorthand method of expressing digital audio data with a bit depth of 24 bits and a sample rate of 192kHz. The term has become widely used in the industry in part because more and more hardware supports it. This is twice the sampling rate of the previous highest standard, which was 24 bits at 96kHz.
