Gator Someone Somewhere

Gator introduces a new era of environmental stewardship with its Someone Somewhere collection. For this series, Gator partnered with Someone Somewhere, a company committed to providing consistent, ethical work for traditional, rural Mexican artisans. Every Someone Somewhere gig bag is constructed from sustainable materials and includes handmade touches like macramé zipper pulls. Someone Somewhere gig bags are available in two trim levels, Core and Lux, each offering the best possible protection for your instrument. Gator offers these gig bags in multiple finishes for dreadnought acoustic guitars, electric guitars, and electric basses. With a Someone Somewhere Series gig bag, you give your instrument the protection it deserves while making a positive impact on the planet and its people.

Built from Recycled Materials

Every Someone Somewhere Series gig bag includes recycled materials. The Core line comes with a minimum of 36 percent recycled loom material, while the Lux series is constructed from an impressive 41 percent recycled material. By using recycled materials in concert with uncompromising handcraftsmanship, Gator Someone Somewhere Series gig bags ensure you, the user, help safeguard the health of our planet. And, for Gator, the introduction of the Someone Somewhere Series ushers in a new “Guard It for Good” initiative to make continuous improvements to all Gator manufacturing processes and focus on the welfare of Earth.

About Someone Somewhere

Someone Somewhere is committed to improving the lives of impoverished people. They partner with more than 300 artisans who practice traditional crafts in seven rural Mexican communities. The company gives these artisans the opportunity to create high-quality clothing and accessories for an ethical wage. Someone Somewhere ensures that more people get access to fair, reliable work and that their traditional crafts live on for future generations.

A Positive Planetary Impact

“By embedding sustainability and social responsibility into our products, we are inviting customers to join us in making a positive impact on the world.”

– Crystal Morris, Founder and CEO of Gator
