Easily Integrate Analog Hardware into Your Dante Network
The Bittree Patch32A enables you to integrate your hardware devices into your Dante network with the ease of a physical patchbay. Featuring 32 tiny telephone front panel connections and dual rear-panel RJ45 outputs, this innovative patchbay greatly expands your connectivity options. For professional recording studios, corporate campuses, and houses worship with complex audio systems, the Patch32A is an ideal solution for using legacy analog equipment within a Dante environment without having to significantly reconfigure existing setups. Engineers and networked audio systems designers at Sweetwater appreciate the channel LED indicators that alert when a signal is at or near clipping. And with its compact size, the Patch32A can be used as a desktop unit or mounted in your rack case with Bittree’s optional rack ears, also available from Sweetwater.

Familiar patchbay layout and exceptional audio conversion
The Bittree Patch32A accepts line-level audio input and features pristine AD/DA conversion up to 24-bit/192kHz, with a conversion latency of less than 1ms. Thirty-two front-panel TT jacks are arranged in two 16 channel rows; the upper row provides onramp connectivity to the Dante Network, and the bottom row provides offramp connectivity from the Dante network to your analog devices. Simply connect the Patch32A to your network via a Cat 5e or Cat6 cable and take control over patched equipment using Dante Controller or Dante Domain manager — no additional software is necessary.
Backup features and word clock connectivity
To ensure reliable operation, the Patch32A includes redundant dual power inlets (in the event of a power supply failure) and primary and secondary RJ45 outputs for setting up a back-up network. You can also use the dual RJ45 outputs as a two-port switch. Additionally, the Bittree Dante 2x16 patchbay is equipped with word clock I/O for connecting to an external clocking source or for outputting the Dante network’s internal clock to other devices.
