For drummers of Alesis’s Nitro Max, Nitro Pro, and Nitro Mesh electronic drum kits, the Nitro Amp is a match made in heaven. Now, you can properly monitor your kit’s sound out loud without having to rely on headphones — it’s even great for light jamming! Simple Solution
I did not care too much wearing headphones while playing. This compact drum amp solved that problem. Easy to hook up and attaches right to the drum supports. Great sound.

Great for small rooms.
I live in a 520 square-foot house. This amp is perfect for small rooms and practice. The sound of this little amp is incredible. Don't expect a lot of bass or a lot of loudness. It is not designed for that. It is the perfect sounding speaker for small rooms or practice, I have not tried it out live yet but I think it would be better for practice in a small room
Great little speaker

Horrible Sound Reproduction
I have the Alesis Nitro Pro kit - really liked the idea of this compact drum monitor that you can clamp to your kit frame, to demo for friends/family. Great design but it is basically worthless as a monitor. Sound reproduction is horrible. What you hear through the earphones is nothing at all like what you hear through this mini speaker. Literally makes the drum kit sound like a kids tin toy drum set from a toy store. Will be returning it. If you are looking to buy one, test it out in a store first so you don't waste your time on it.

Small in price and quality!
This little speaker is lacking in some major ways. It does not pick up every strike that is played and it sounds really phony as well. I didn't expect alot for $ but was super let down still... probably don't waste your time or money on this unless you are looking for disappointment.
