Reviews

Snug fit for the Crumar Seven
After purchasing the Crumar Seven and gigging around town with it for a year, I got sick of always carrying it by the handle on the included lid/case. This trolley bag has wheels, so it makes load-ins a little easier on my back and arms. The bag is a perfect fit for the Seven (no surprise there), although it is very snug, so getting the Seven in and out requires a bit of patience and maneuvering.

The front pockets are a nice thought, but they are rather shallow given the size (so no bulky items like damper pedals or the Seven's detachable legs will fit). The only things I can really fit in the pockets are the power cable, two 1/4" cables, and my tablet. It'd be nice to have just a little more storage space, but luckily the Seven has a built-in storage compartment where you can stash the pedal and legs.

The wheels work very well and feel pretty smooth. Be advised that bumpy surfaces (bricks/cobblestones, gravel, cracked/buckled pavement) will be harder to navigate. The top handle and side handles feel pretty sturdy, so getting it in and out of the car or even just carrying it across treacherous terrain is pretty doable.

Haven't had to see how it endures rain, and hopefully I won't have to, but the case feels repellant enough to quickly run it from the stage to your car without anything getting inside water damaged. I've heard of some people spraying their cases with clearcoat for extra waterproofing, but I have no experience doing that.

All-in-all, this is clearly a good fit for the Crumar Seven, so I'd recommend it.
