A master on the 8-string guitar, Javier worked hand-in-glove with ESP in the design of the LTD Signature Series JR-608. Javier’s signature 8-string sports a 5-piece walnut/maple/padauk through-neck design and a 27" baritone scale length that gives you free reign to explore a massive pitch range on a single instrument.

Built for performance
The ESP LTD Javier Reyes Signature JR-608 features a swamp ash body and highly figured quilted maple top; these tonewoods deliver full-bodied tone with excellent note articulation — particularly important on an extended-range instrument such as this. For enhanced playability, the guitar is spec’d with a Graphtec Black Tusq nut and a Macassar ebony fingerboard with custom inlays and glow-in-the-dark side markers. Top-shelf components include a string-through-body Hipshot bridge and a pair of Javier’s new Fishman Javier Reyes Open Core Signature Pickups with a mini-switch that engages multiple voicings.
