These strings are a big part of what makes the Gold Tone Microbass so fun to play! Especially with the fretless bass they make it sound a lot like an upright when plugged in. The strings are very easy on the fingers which makes it great for practicing or long gigs without getting blisters. Tuning is a bit tricky with these strings. You need to lift them off the nut and bridge since they tend to stick.

Really sticky! They sound pretty good. But there is lots of finger noise. I am going change to Thunderguts. They are cheaper and quieter. I tried Fingerease, Fast Fret, and all the other contenders. Not really much help. I would call them rather disappointing.
