What kind of RAM does hte Akai S5000 use?
The S5000 – uses standard 72 pin simm chips – SIMM4Q, SIMM16Q, SIMM32Q, and SIMM64Q – 8 meg stock soldered on mother board. Has four simms slots . Simms can be installed in singles – you lose the 8 meg on the mother board when you install 4 SIMMs.
