What drivers does EZbus come with?

On the PC:
The EZbus uses either a WDM (Windows Driver Model) driver, which is supported by Windows ME (Millennium Edition) and Windows XP, or the EZbus ASIO driver. The EZbus can also use an MME driver, which is supported by Windows 98 Second Edition and Windows 2000. All of these drivers provide two channels of full-duplex audio via USB.

Windows Millennium and Windows XP users have the ability to send/receive MIDI information via the EZbus/computer USB port. Other operating system (Win 98 SE, Win 2000) users will need an additional MIDI interface installed and configured within their software to send/receive MIDI data to and from EZbus and their software.

On the Mac:
On OSX 10.2, the EZbus operates in “native” mode for both audio and MIDI via USB. On OS 9.xx through OSX 10.2, the Sound Manager driver is used for audio via USB, and MIDI support requires the use of a standard Mac MIDI interface.
