Volume on my VETTAII amp gets louder all by itself.
The chrome knobs on the VETTAII are heavy enough to pick up vibrations from the cabinet while playing, and this can cause them to move and adjust parameters such as volume etc.
If the customer contacts Line 6, they will be sent a new set of knobs for their amp.
Alternately, placing a thin sheet of felt between the knobs and the amp was found to help hold the knobs in place on the amp.
