Why does Toast need to be re-personalized every time I start it? It forces the name, company and TSID information to be entered every time.
This problem appears to be caused by a conflict with a 3rd party software package. There are two things you can attempt to correct this problem:
1. Restart your Macintosh and hold down the shift key until you see the message “Extensions Disabled”.
2. Launch Toast and enter your personal information.
3. Restart your Macintosh again to verify that Toast is still personalized.
If the problem still occurs,
1. Boot off of your Macintosh System CD.
2. Launch Toast and enter your personal information and then restart your Macintosh off the hard drive to verify that Toast is still personalized.
