Is there a RAM upgrade for the MX2424? When is it needed?
Part #MX256 is a RAM upgrade that is only recommended when using MX software 3.01 (or higher) and MX-View 1.0b2 . Even in this case, it is not absolutely necessary.
If you are not using MX-View, and or are using an different software version, the upgrade is not needed.
