The controls in the Eleven Rack Editor are not working properly with my Eleven Rack.
Please make sure the firmware on your Eleven Rack is version 2.0 or later. To check the firmware version, hold the EDIT/BACK button on the front panel of your Eleven Rack. Then, use the scroll wheel to scroll down to Firmware Version and press SW 1.
If your firmware version is older than version 2.0, you will need to purchase and install the Eleven Rack Expansion Pack.
