I have a Sweetwater soundware CD with Kurzweil samples on it that I’d like to use in MachFive. How do I do that?
First, launch UVI-Xtract. Once it’s up, insert the Sweetwater Kurz CD into the computer. When the message comes up saying that the OS can’t read the files on the disc, click ‘Ignore’ to continue.
Click on the ‘Disc’ button in the upper left corner of the UVI-Xtract window. Select ‘Search for sample discs’ from the popup menu.
The Kurzweil files on the CD should now show up in the left column.
