Does the Solo have dithering functions on the digital out or just 24 bit resolution?
The S/PDIF I/O will support transmission of several sampling rates. However, the dithering is usually done through your digital audio software. Therefore, if you record at 24 bit and need to dither down to 16 bit to burn a CD, you should have no problem if you you’re using software that supports this function.
