My Remote 25 Crashes/Freezes up or just does strange things after a short period of time.
The latest operating system for the ReMOTE 25 is version 1.0.5. To find out the version of operating system installed in a ReMOTE 25 hold down the F4 button next to the top C Key and turn the ReMOTE 25 on. The installed OS will be displayed on screen for a brief period of time. If this is not OS1.0.5 download and install the latest operating system here. If the ReMOTE 25 is being used with a USB hub it may be necessary to power the USB hub so that enough current can be supplied the ReMOTE 25. If the ReMOTE 25 is used with an unpowered USB hub this may cause improper operation of the ReMOTE 25 and / or the computer the ReMOTE 25 is connected to.
