How does the Reaktor authorization work with updates and upgrades?
The update/upgrade package includes the CD-ROM with the installer and the Library, the handbook and the new serial number. In principle the authorization functions the same as if you were authorizing a normal version. However the software you are updating/upgrading from must be a registered copy. If you never registered your previous software you must do so before you proceed with the authorization. It is not possible to update/upgrade an unregistered copy of NI software.
