Reaktor 4 won’t launch in OSX.
Download the latest version of Reaktor 4 at http://www.native-instruments.com/index.php?reaktor4updates_us . This is documented to fix problems like this.

(You may need to download previous updates first, then the latest; e.g. If you download v4.01006, you must first have v4.01005.)
