Problems detecting card
Some incorrect cables were shipped with the Aark24s and Q10s which cause both the PCI card and the breakout box to be fried, but the cables work fine with the DirectPro and LX6.
The Aark24/Q10 cables will have bubble wrap on both connectors.
The DirectPro/LX6 cables will be packaged in a plastic bag only.
It can also be determined by locating the finger grip points just past where the cable goes into the connector. This is where your thumb and fingers grip, and there are two patterns of grips.
The Aark24/Q10 cables will have diamond shaped grips.
The DirectPro/LX6 cables will have horizontal line grips.
