Power light around power switch does not turn green after downloading SYNC I/O firmware from Pro Tools.
This is a known issue when updating firmware from Pro Tools with either the Digi Serial port or Gee Three Stealth modem port. However, this feature does work when downloading firmware from the SYNC I/O Setup application. NOTE: SYNC I/O Setup will not recognize the SYNC I/O when connected to the Digi Serial port.
