A Plugin keeps asking me to reload or place the CD in the drive
1. De-select the plugin (re-select None), place the CD in the drive, and then
reselect the plugin.
2. Reinstall the plugin from CD.
3. Uninstall the plugin, reboot and then reinstall the plugin. .
